Because of this we have purchased separate machines for each process to ensure repeatability. It not necessary to make batches at a time. We will not run out of wheels. Simple.

This wheel is straight from the factory. It will have mold marks. The new wheel process does not have seams. Full bead and tread. Flawless Inner bores. The wheels have been sorted for any manufacturing flaws. Inner portion of wheel has been milled to remove weight, however difficult to see because of location. See picture for details. All BSA lettering in tact.Will meet most rules, please read your rules.
Don't forget to polish the bores to make the wheels even faster. Reduce friction and micro scratches! DIY or Let us do it.
