Shipping policy

Shipping Cut-off Times

We ship orders Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. First Class Mail and Priority Mail orders received by 8:00AM CST are generally shipped on the same day. FedEx Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air orders received by 12:00PM CST are generally shipped on the same day.

Wheel Polishing Service – This service may delay your shipping by 24 hours. Plan shipping arrangements accordingly.  I can only polish so much in 1 day.  Some polishing services require 24 hour cure times.  Plan accordingly.

All orders above $150 will be shipped with signature confirmation.  Sorry folks, but need to make sure you get your product.  Special requests can be made if you email us and accept full liability of losses.  Too many door thieves.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are based on Flat Rate Shipping which includes handling fee of $0.75

Late Deliveries and Shipping Fee Refunds

  • USPS Shipping – There are no refunds of shipping fees for late deliveries.
  • FedEx Shipping – When late deliveries occur, we will contact FedEx to request a refund. Assuming that the delay was not weather related (or some other “act of God”), then FedEx will issue us a refund. We will then refund your shipping fee. Neither, Fedex nor Derby Dust are responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other unavoidable delays, and shipping fee refunds are not available in those situations.

Tracking / Order Status

  • For orders shipped by a Fed Ex shipping method, a tracking code will be emailed to you on the day of shipment. This code can be used starting on the following day to track your order at the FedEx Web Site
  • For orders shipped by US Priority Mail, a delivery confirmation code should be emailed to you via PayPal Website integration.   This code can be used to determine if and when a package has been delivered. You can check the delivery status of the package at the US Postal Service Web Site
  • IF for some reason you do not receive the information, please text me to get an update.

Phone Orders

We can not do phone orders.  Paypal is our Merchant Account.  They do not offer Seller Protection for  transactions made through PayPal Direct, Virtual Terminal, PayPal Business, or PayPal Here.  Which means, we do not have protection if we processed an order through our computer.
