To reach maximum speed, your pine car should weigh as close as possible to the event limit (usually 5 oz). These lead weights have a flat underside, so you can easily drill out a little material if you need to remove excess weight. For ultra-light builds where all the weight must go on top, this brick is the perfect solution.
This is a real working dimensional block that connects with most standard stud-style building bricks.
