Finishing Your 3D Printed Body Kit: To achieve the best results, we recommend using the following method:

1. Sanding: Wet sanding is required for PLA plastic to avoid damaging the raw material. Once primed, you can sand without water.
2. Painting: Apply 3 coats of primer with sanding between each coat, followed by 3 coats of your chosen color. Finish with an enamel coat for a durable, glossy look.

Assembly Instructions:

• Fit on Your Pine Block: This body kit is designed to fit on your standard Pinewood Derby block. Simply cut your wood block to ¼ inch width, sand it smooth, and attach the 3D printed body.
• Adjustments: Some sanding or contouring of the wood block may be necessary to ensure a custom fit.
• Axle Prep: Pre-drill your axle slots or holes as needed before attaching the body kit.
