Pinewood Derby Ladder Car Body – B-Frame is lightest weight body that we offer.  Only 8 Grams!!!!  Low profile design utilizing  pinewood derby 1⁄4″ tungsten cubes or tungsten block ballasts.  Take great notice your track has to be very smooth and have a very gentle stopping section.  If it doesn’t, good chance this car might not make it to the finals.   Lots of push.  Lots of options.  You will still need at least 117 grams of weight to bring the car to proper weight even more with weight reduced wheels. Take note, there is no messing around with this body. Know what you are doing, use sharp bits, drill and build slow. If an axle is tight, run the provided bit through it again.   Rail Rider Setup.  Smooth Track only.   Pinewood Derby Ladder Car Body – B-Frame does not come with wheels or axles.

Due to its thickness, we highly suggest using a bent axle instead of trying to drill a high wheel.

Pinewood Derby Ladder Car Body – B-Frame is designed with minimum wood weight in mind.  We use simple, proven designs that will get you in the winner’s circle.  Since we remove a lot of the strength structure of the wood block, handle these bodies with care.  NO HAMMERING ever.  Because of this a #44 drill bit provided with each body to ensure easy proper axle install.
