Pinewood Derby Car Kit Aggressive COG Wonder Wiggle by Derby Dust®

This design came directly from one of the published how to books.  What they did not tell you is that the COG on pinewood derby car kit aggressive COG wonder wiggle is crazy rear weighted.  It is about 1/2″ in front of rear axle.  Consequently only real way to race this is car is 3 wheel, rail rider.

Utilizing an official BSA block, we cnc cut this profile to get you in the winner’s circle.  Most of all our fast kit includes a pre-cut pinewood derby car body, weight, prepared wheels, polished axles, and lube which comply to most pack’s rules.  Wheel and axle upgrades available.

This car kit will take a little bit of work to get it race ready.  However with the aggressive COG, this car will have more stored energy thus allowing it to accelerated longer than a 0.930″ COG.  Longer acceleration = faster speeds than even our “go to” models.

Alignment, lubrication and axle preparation are some of the things the builder must perform in order for this car to reach its full potential speed.

• Small weight ballast to bring to 5 oz weight after painting
• Strip of Foil tape to cover any exposed weight on the underside
• Sample Tube of Derby Dust® Dry Lube
• Written instructions with YouTube hand’s on reference.

Our winning car kits come with either precision cut cnc axle slots or precision drilled axle holes drilled with the Goat Boy Drill Station.  Kits with axle slots are always fully BSA compliant with all pack rules.  Especially relevant are your local pack rules.  Please check these rules before purchasing a car body with drilled axle holes.
